2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via email or by phone.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee (up to 50% of the booking cost).

No-shows or repeated cancellations may result in service refusal.
4. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If we are unable to gain entry, a call-out fee may apply.

Please ensure pets are secured and any hazards are disclosed in advance.
5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept bank transfer/cash.

Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange to resolve the issue where possible, at no extra charge.
7. Liability

We are insured for public liability.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed during booking.

Valuable or fragile items should be secured or removed before service.
